● Accurately controlled width:The width of the precise punched slot screen Accurately controlled width：The width of the precise punched slot screen shall be accurately controlled within 0.20~1.00mm and the degree of accuracy is±0.05mm,which can be better match the sizes of different formationsand satisfy the requirements of down hole sand control.

●  Excellent anti-corrosion ability:PPS screen jacket is made of high quality stainless steel, and has good ability toresist corrosion from acidalkali and salt, and can meet the special requirements of the wells containing H2S,CO2, and high cl.The slot will not get wider after long term down hole service.

● Excellent body strength and anti-deformation ability:The PPS screen has excellent body strength and anti-deformation ability because of its structure. The filtration jacket is supported by the base pipe, and the strength of the perforated pipe is only 2-3% reduced compared with the API casing or tubing. Even if there are partial deformation, the slot width will not get wider, and the sand control will be not lost.   

●  High density slot、low flow resistance:The flow resistance is lower because the open hole of the PPS screen is 2~3 times of the normal slotted screen, thus it is in favor of getting high oil and gas output.
