Plastic-Coated Flange
Tube (Beijing)Plastic-Coated Steel flanges are important anti-corrosion connectors in industrial pipelines. They achieve anti-corrosion performance by compounding plastic materials on the surface of metal flanges, and are widely used in fields such as chemical industry, fire protection, and water supply and drainage.
1.Composite Structure
Adopting a composite process of carbon steel base + inner plastic lining (such as PP, PE, PO, etc.), it combines the strength of metal with the corrosion resistance of plastic.
2.Connection Methods
Supporting three mainstream processes: flange butt joint, grooved connection, and socket-and-spigot connection, applicable to the pipe diameter range of DN50 to DN600.
3.Technical Parameters
Working pressure: up to 16-25 kg/cm²
Temperature resistance range: from -20℃ to 110℃
4.Application Scenarios
Chemical Industry: For the transportation of strong acid and strong alkali media, PTFE (F4)-lined material is the first choice, with a temperature resistance up to 250℃.
Municipal Engineering: PE-lined flanges are widely used in water supply systems, and grooved connection solutions are recommended for fire-fighting pipelines.
